Pay for Band Gear by Check or Charms
Successful completion of Pre-Registration means that you have successfully complete all of the steps.
Your completion of this process allows us to more accurately:
- Order your items so they are ready for pick up at "Final Registration" on July 31, 2021.
- Chart for the appropriate number of marching spots
- Plan for other purchases (instruments, equipment, etc.)

How to Pay for Band Gear (or anything else)
Think of the “Student Miscellaneous Ledger” as you would a checking account. You can add money by making a “Miscellaneous Payment”. We can apply your miscellaneous credit to store balances, etc. You can also request to transfer funds.

- Visit www.charmsoffice.com
- Click on Parents/Students/Members
- Enter wyliehsband for the School Code
- Enter your Charms password
- Click the red circle with the dollar sign - “Finances” button
- Scroll down and click “Make Miscellaneous Payment”
- Enter the amount you wish to pay in the "Total to be Charged to Card" box. This can be the grand total from your receipt OR you may enter a partial payment amount. *If you are making a partial payment, the balance will need to be paid in full by the registration deadline date so we can order your items.
- Enter the words "Registration 2022" in the "Description" box.
